Shipping Policy

In-stock items ship out as soon as possible, but not always the same day ordered. In general, please allow 1 or 2 business days to allow for order processing (or as much as 2 to 3 business days during promotions/sales). Pre-orders and back orders will ship as soon as the products in question are in stock and available to ship. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description, such as on preorder items. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at with your questions.

Shortly after placing an order, you should receive an email confirmation. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam or junk folder to see if it got filtered. This is important because if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you’re likely to not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Upon receiving the items, please verify the quantity and condition of all contents. If you are missing any items or if the item(s) arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. After 48 hours of receipt, no replacements will be offered


At this time, TerpTech LLC is only selling/shipping internationally to Canada. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.


Domestic (USA) shipments ship via USPS.

International shipments ship via DHL.
